5. Days Self Service Market, Route 6A,
North Truro. This 1931 store is a throwback to
an earlier, simpler time. A time of the corner grocer, before the advent
of supermarkets. This store is across the street from the famous row
of flower-named cottages along beach point in Truro.
6. Dutra's Market, Rt. 6A at Highland Rd. North Truro.
Another throwback to the quaint general store of yesteryear.
In the 1980's, the TV show "Unsolved Mysteries" filmed an episode at the market about an alien abduction.

7. Atlantic Spice Company, Junction of Routes 6 and 6A,
North Truro (800) 316-7965. This wholesale outlet offers
culinary herbs, spices, teas and potpourri as well as books and teapots.
